Current• Leads a team responsible for the funnel performance measurement of all direct-to-client marketing campaigns, including event-driven/trigger campaigns, to drive profitable Marketing strategies.• Monitors and communicates the effectiveness of all lead programs across CIBC’s Markets, LOBs, and Distribution Channels. Translates learnings emerging from data analyses and deep-dives to tie back to actionable business insights.• Develops reports and self-serve dashboards to deliver real-time insights on campaign performances to stakeholders across the bank.• Represents Marketing as the SME in cross-functional, bank-wide initiatives to deliver on short and long-term goals. Manages project scope and assesses the impact of different alternatives to make recommendations.
