Multi-faceted role in which I am actively serving as the Director of Recruitment with Ethan Allen Workforce Solution's Direct Hire and Staffing Divisions.Daily, I strive to ensure that myself and my team of Recruiters and Staffing Specialists are exceeding the expectations of our clients. A vital component of being able to meet that objective is by ensuring that we serving as a valuable resource to our candidate pools, passive and active in nature. In addition to providing support and guidance to my teams, I also serve as a Senior Recruiter for engineering, sales and supply chain based positions. Over the last decade I have had the privilege of experiencing hundreds of client meetings, securing hundreds of job orders to work, placing hundreds of job seekers into new positions and interviewing thousands of candidates. These experiences have provided me with an exceptionally solid foundation for truly understanding both sides of the employment equation; job searches run by the candidate and employee searches run by the client. This expertise allows for me to build and train effective recruitment and staffing teams and provide clients with consultative and recruitment based services focused on efficiently and effectively supporting their business objectives. It is my goal to take all steps at ensuring that I am able to serve as a resource in some way to those that I come into contact with daily. Develop client relationships, retain current client business through effective and efficient staffing procedures, internal team training, client presentations, rate negotiations, etc..

Direct Hire recruitment with two key responsibilities; the transitioning of prospects into clients and locating and placing, through specialized recruitment methodologies, employees with these new clients

Corporate Solutions Specialist locate and meet with the management teams at companies throughout a given region and discuss areas in which training may assist the organization move forward. Such training modules included interpersonal communication, sales, management, customer service, etc. This position requires the consultant to conduct fact finding and performance analyses of both employees and management teams.
