• Administration of online banking portals and serve as primary administrator for controlling access and entitlements to bank accounts and related services ensuring best practices and compliance with Treasury controls/policies to safeguard company assets• Monitor signature authorities of global bank accounts and perform updates as needed• Assist with the periodical KYC refreshes and AML documentation compliance• Maintain relationships with domestic and international banks as well as the opening and closing of bank accounts• Prepare daily cash position and concentrate cash via sweeps from collection accounts into the notional cash pooling accounts• Perform monthly cash forecasting ensuring funding of all accounts outside the pools for banking operations• Regional contact person of Treasury with internal stakeholders (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Tax and Accounting)• Monitor balance sheet FX exposures for the region and execute derivatives to cover them• Assist with global cross functional team projects and ensure preparation and execution of Treasury operations• Setup of Treasury management system by loading bank account and company information in the system, setting up bank account for daily bank statements (MT940, MT942) and payments (MT101). • Continuous Process Improvement and cost savings by identifying inactive accounts and closing them. Update budget rules in treasury management system for automatic classification of transactions. Monitor bank fees and coordinate with the banks to reduce them. Create templates for repeating/complicated payments to reduce effort.• Prepare quarterly reporting analysis of actual bank balances vs general ledger and investigating variances between them ensuring timely booking to match balance or provide supporting documentation explaining the variance• Prepare analysis of monthly Inter-company netting payments, update forecasting and execute payments across regions
