Some of the services included: modeling and enchantment of internal business procedures for retailers, sales forecasting and stock replenishment proposal for stores and central warehouses, BI reports and analysis using OLAP etc. All of the company’s services were based on a data warehouse that consolidated information from both retailers and suppliers - product catalogs, sales, invoices, promotions etc. We also designed and developed one of the first electronic Invoice exchange platforms in Greece. This was a rewarding job, because we were able to provide novel and valued adding services to customers that affected their profitability and perceived customer satisfaction. Show less
