As a manager I had 3 people reporting to me. The team was responsible for the good functionality of the company's OSS (Operation System Software) on a daily bases. I participate in all the phases of every new project inside the company that had to do with the expansion of the software, from requirements , design, implement , test the software.* also participate in the team for design , implement the billing system of the company. I was in charge for the smooth integration of the billing database, functionality to the oss software.For the development of all these we used open source frameworks (Velocity, Turbine). The programming language was Java and we use eclipse as our IDE with SVN as version control.
