After graduating with a BA Degree in Business Management in the year of 2010 , my career took off. In the 9 years since,I progressed through different roles to become Deputy Head of HR at the age of 31. In a meantime,I also gained my CIPD Accreditation and became an Associate CIPD Member. In November 2018, I made a decision to take a short break from work to spend some quality time with my family.

My employment in Tenon FM began as a HR Advisor in 2015 and progressed to becoming the Deputy Head of HR in 2017. I was initially brought into the business to establish relationship with middle management and coach them on all aspects of managing staff as well as to assess and improve upon the HR processes. As my career progressed, I became responsible for building, leading and developing the HR team of four, implement and improve people performance and align HR practice to business strategy alongside the business executives and the HR Director. Ensuring Learning and Development constantly evolves in line with succession planning, managing all TUPE transfers and maintain excellent relationships across all functions within the business.

In the year of 2012, I took a standalone role as HR Administrator in Plan-Net Plc (IT Company).I was directly reporting to the MD and supporting an employee group of 250 employees. I was first point of contact for all HR related matters and assisted with Payroll. Apart from managing the employee lifecycle and undertaking proactive tasks of identifying, analysing and improving upon existing business processes within the organisation for optimisation I was also a trusted advisor on policies, procedures and legislations. I managed all Employee relations cases (disciplinaries, grievances, sickness absence/lateness), led on harmonisation following TUPE and managed an admin team of two.

After graduating in the year of 2010, I took upon a full time position as Training Administrator in Mayday Healthcare (Recruitment Company). In my first years of employment I had full ownership of establishing and implementing all processes and procedures in the training department which enabled the company to effectively run its daily training programs for all its staff . I was fully responsible for the administration and coordination of all internal and external training across the annual calendar, for providing accurate timely reporting on all learning programmes including Inductions, internally and across the business with senior management, as well as managing the e-learning systems, ensuring the training cycle information is recorded and kept updated. In my second year of employment my responsibilities evolved to providing full generalist administration support with recruitment and employees’ lifecycle.
