I wrote my Master’s thesis on the subject of understanding what kind of stories entrepreneurs create about their firm internationalization from Central Finland, and what's the role of networks and actors in their internationalization journey. The thesis was written in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce of Central Finland, a part of their internationalization project "KV-Verkostot Toimiviksi".Small and medium sized enterprises, or SME’s, confront a variety of challenges to internationalization. Research has discovered networks as an important block in firm internationalization as they can support the process in a variety of ways, and a network of connections is constituted of different actors. This research sought to deepen the understanding of the role of different actors in internationalization process.

Tutustumiskierrosten aikana syvennyimme Tiimiakatemian opintopolkuun, tiimitoimintaan, osuuskuntatyöskentelyyn sekä työkaluihin, joita ammatikorkeakoulu hyödyntää yrittäjyysopinnoissaan.Tiimiakatemia on palkittu liiketalouden alan yrittäjyyden erikoiskoulutusyksikkö Jyväskylässä. Poikkeuksellista Tiimiakatemialla on myös yhteisöllisyyttä painottava kulttuurimme ja omaa luokkaansa oleva innostava ympäristö.
