• Successfully led the completion of a $600M international project, launching Ukraine's largest and most advanced airport terminal in May 2012. This terminal, capable of handling 3,000 passengers per hour, was a critical achievement, especially after a 4-year project hiatus. The project received major funding from JICA.• Played a pivotal role in hosting the EURO 2012 football championship, managing a record number of daily take-offs and landings (630/day) and passengers (39k/day), showcasing exceptional operational and logistical management.• Established Ukraine's first transfer hub terminal in September 2011, doubling the airport's transfer traffic. Also expedited the redesign and reconstruction of Terminal B within three months.Introduced SkyTaxi, a unique and world-class taxi service of 120 vehicles, which became the primary airport taxi service during EURO 2012.• Innovated the airport's service portfolio by adding full-scope passenger handling, resulting in a 7% increase in profit.• Oversaw and completed critical infrastructure projects totaling over USD 50M, including the main apron, electrical substation, and boiler house.• Developed and implemented Ukraine's first airline motivation scheme, enhancing airport competitiveness and attracting four new airlines.• Revolutionized IT and web customer service by launching a new website, engaging in social networks, and introducing common, remote, web, and mobile check-in systems, as well as mobile apps.Achieved record-breaking annual passenger numbers (8.5M in 2012) and net profit ($67M in 2011, a 56.9% increase).• Earned a promotion to the position of Counselor to the Minister of Infrastructure, underscoring recognition for outstanding leadership and contributions.
