Sales Support for CANADA & US.Key Roles & Responsibilities:• Assemble costs for Building Automation Systems using company standard pricing and software.• Estimate and design the building Automation system and giving sales support.• Review and evaluate invitations to bid, plans, and specifications to analyze project needs and understand scope of work, contract drawings and specifications. • Provide clear and detailed cost estimates and quantity take offs from controls drawings or points lists. • Creating cost estimates consisting of materials, purchased equipment, and labor to assist in bidding or determining the project price for renovations, retrofits, new installations, upgrades, and change orders. • understanding and ability to read construction documents, including specifications, schematics, change orders, and submittals. • Formulate cost break downs to include costs associated with material and all labor categories from estimates as well as for cost breakdown for project progress detailing. • Organize vendor and subcontractor quotations, negotiate pricing while ensuring quotes meet contract documents and requirements. • Experience interacting with subcontractors and other vendors to solicit proposals.

Client: Tadawul Tower, - Riyadh in Saudi Arabia Tier IV Datacenter, Tadawul Tower, - Riyadh in Saudi Arabia .System : BUILDNG MANAGEMENT SYSTEMKey Roles & Responsibilities:• I have 1 year of experience in BMS Design in this Project .• Designed the Shop Drawing and get approval from Consultant.• Designs systems for valve and damper schedules layout, and control panel layouts• Design sequences of operations to identify hardware and logic requirements for systems and as per the IFC documents (Information For construction )• Lead BMS project operations entailing inspection, Testing & Commissioning and final handover of BMS with complete project management accountability• Carry out the technical reviews, approval and process of all technical submittals such as drawings, materials, method statement, work procedures, System IR Inspection and track project progress. • Carrying out the inspection of works carried out by contractor/s in respect to the works related to BMS/HVAC field device installations and verifies if it’s as per the approved drawings and matching standard quality assurance. • Obtaining approval of drawings to ensure effective management, including total control of project, site progress, resolutions of site technical problems, client/vendor team meetings etc. • Participating in technical co-ordination and progress meetings and site co-ordination discussions with consultants & sub-contractors.
