• I have 1 year of experience in BMS Design in this Project.
• Designed the Shop Drawing and get approval from Consultant.
• Designs systems for valve and damper schedules layout, and control panel layouts
• Design sequences of operations to identify hardware and logic requirements for systems and as per the IFC documents (Information For construction )
• Lead BMS project operations entailing inspection, Testing & Commissioning and final handover of BMS with complete project management accountability

Saudi Arabia

• Key Result Areas:
• Commissioning and Operations and maintenance of AHU, Fan Coil Units, VAV’s,Transmitters, Thermostats, Control Valves, Smoke Detectors, Sensors, Switches, PLC system & Fire Systems, & VSD (Variable speed drives)
• Experience in Johnson controls metasys commissioning Tools ( BTCVT,CCT,NAE configuration tools,Launcher,SCT,VISIO,AGA,&ADX )
• Preventive Maintenance for DDC panel & AHU & FCU & Variable speed drives & VAV & cooling valve Actuator & Damper Smoke Detectors & Sensors, Switches.
• Troubleshooting DDC controller faults.
• DDC to DDC communication loop checking.
