Responsible to Head DTOEES for efficient running of DTOEES Headquarters, including strategic meetings, policy development, risk management and workforce planning. DTOEES encompasses the Defence Sixth Form College Welbeck and the Defence Technical Undergraduate Scheme (DTUS).
