In this role I was responsible for building & maintaining the relationship between CAANZ and organisations who have a number of Chartered Accountants on their team. Employers were spread across three sectors being public practice, corporate finance, & the public sector, & across a range of industries. Key outcomes for the role were to demonstrate the value of membership to senior stakeholders by showcasing the many tools & resources that are available to members, to increase engagement in member initiatives & overall satisfaction, & to increase revenue through promotion of paid CPD training & events.

I was offered the opportunity to take up this promotion for three months whilst our Regional Manager was seconded to a strategic project. Responsibilities included overseeing operational activities for the Christchurch office, direct report for the Member Experience team, and senior stakeholder engagement for membership initiatives including Fellowship nominations, conferences, and ceremonials events.
