• Reviewing monthly forecasts with 40 budget holders, each with approximately 35 projects.
• Preparation of quarterly reports, for Defra and the devolved administrations.
• Preparation of the monthly draw downs for Defra and the devolved administrations.
• Production of annual phased budgets in conjunction with budget holders.
