Field Service Representative Iii
- Successfully completed seven V2 Upgrade fieldlings; these fieldlings are the backbone of NET operations, and allow for the Customer to receive training on Textron’s latest technological offerings; this training is imperative for the Customer’s current and future capabilities and expanding their ability to be tactical and technically superior. - Served as the Maintenance Lead on six fieldlings; successfully handled all aspects of running the maintenance operations side of the NET operations and allowed seamless flow of flight line operations. The NET Team’s operations are one of the most highly complemented operations that Textron systems participates in and have received many complements and accolades for involvement during the fieldlings. - Received a Certificate of Appreciation from the 2CR UAS Platoon stationed in Vilseck, Germany, for instruction to the Unit as well as FSR support for being able to troubleshoot and help repair their equipment; successfully completed three full TCDL fieldlings to the Customer.- Completed over 150 DA form 2028s with many challenges to overcome due to constant software updates, hardware changes, IT policy updates, and multiple versions of configurations going out to the Customer with great success.- Supported ESM 440 testing, which was a high-profile testing to get the newest upgrades ready for the Field; successfully completed three TCDL fielding to the U.S. Army, totaling over 85 Soldiers trained and combat ready; completed two TCDL to Marine Units, with over 60 Marines trained. - The training comments from the Marines was so well received by the PM, that it resulted in further implementation of this platform of instruction for future marine fielding, and added additional business for Textron Systems.
