- Served as on-site senior RQ-7B/V2 Maintainer supporting NET training to meet United States Army requirements. Subject Matter Expert for maintenance-related issues. - Performed platform instruction, hands on instruction, as well as quality assurance, quality control, and technical inspector roles. - Participated in site surveys and reviewed conferences with customers. Monitored system health metrics to identify and mitigate issues impacting system performance. - Performed organizational, intermediate, and depot-level maintenance on Universal Ground Control Station to the Customer’s satisfaction. Installed, upgraded and removed products ensuring coordinative engineering field changes.- Performed quality installation, operation, and maintenance to the Customer’s satisfaction on electronic equipment, integrated systems, subsystems, and various software operating systems. Analyzed and evaluated products and related performance.- Troubleshot and diagnosed system malfunctions to eliminate problems in minimum time; accurately interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation, coupled with the ability to evaluated, isolated, and repaired system malfunctions; assisted in on-the-job training (OIT).- Conducted general logistics and function and reporting; practiced ISO 9001 principles and concepts; performed, tracked, and monitored parts procurement and inventory status.- Provided instruction internally and to Customers including completion of training records and proper documentation; maintained familiarity with military logistics systems, and UAS-I, as well as familiarity with Customer and Corporate expectations, policies, and business practices with high customer satisfaction; familiarity with military radios and communications protocols; working knowledge of ISO 9001 principles and concepts.

Dugway Proving Grounds, Ut

- Successfully completed seven V2 Upgrade fieldlings; these fieldlings are the backbone of NET operations, and allow for the Customer to receive training on Textron’s latest technological offerings; this training is imperative for the Customer’s current and future capabilities and expanding their ability to be tactical and technically superior. - Served as the Maintenance Lead on six fieldlings; successfully handled all aspects of running the maintenance operations side of the NET operations and allowed seamless flow of flight line operations. The NET Team’s operations are one of the most highly complemented operations that Textron systems participates in and have received many complements and accolades for involvement during the fieldlings. - Received a Certificate of Appreciation from the 2CR UAS Platoon stationed in Vilseck, Germany, for instruction to the Unit as well as FSR support for being able to troubleshoot and help repair their equipment; successfully completed three full TCDL fieldlings to the Customer.- Completed over 150 DA form 2028s with many challenges to overcome due to constant software updates, hardware changes, IT policy updates, and multiple versions of configurations going out to the Customer with great success.- Supported ESM 440 testing, which was a high-profile testing to get the newest upgrades ready for the Field; successfully completed three TCDL fielding to the U.S. Army, totaling over 85 Soldiers trained and combat ready; completed two TCDL to Marine Units, with over 60 Marines trained. - The training comments from the Marines was so well received by the PM, that it resulted in further implementation of this platform of instruction for future marine fielding, and added additional business for Textron Systems.

Dugway Proving Grounds

- Participated in the design and development of various electrical systems and controllers including motors, controllers, switches, relays, wire harnesses, chargers, electronic displays, and lighting.- Assisted in design and documentation of vehicle system electrical architecture and electro-mechanical systems.- Reviewed existing supplier circuit designs for quality and cost to eliminate potential quality issues and identify potential cost savings; supported Project Timelines and met Program milestones.- Revised/reviewed and created Functional Specifications; revised/reviewed and created Engineering Design Standards. - Performed Tolerance Studies on Components and Assemblies; Development and Release of Engineering Component and Assembly Drawings.- Participated in cross functional design reviews and Design for Assembly (DFA) and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) Assessments on Components & Assemblies.- Followed Textron Specialized UAV product development process and methods for tracking project status and open issues.- Supported project elements and maintained frequent contact with other functional areas, contract engineering services and suppliers.
