As a Group Controller at Incap my responsibilities include:- Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, analysing and forecasting on a group level.- Groups management reporting, planning and development together with subsidiaries controllers.- Finance and cash flow budgeting and forecasting as well as financial risk management together with CFO- Participating in different scenario analyses and development of transfer pricing, cash flow analysis other financial and development projects, also as a project manager.- Participating in M&A´s together with CFO, driving the finance integration of the aquired companies and participating in due diligence processes.- Co-operating with outsourced group level accounting company.- Also participating in practical issues like AGM´s, board reporting and other ad hoc reporting.- Environmental and social responsibility reporting.- Supporting local finance heads in group accounting and IFRS issues.

I am working as Finance Business partner in Business Unit management team. My responsibilities include: Monthly closing activities such as managing and executing management reports and target follow-up, Controlling and monitoring financial performance, Providing financial analysis to support decision making, Managing financial planning process such as forecast, budget and other annual planning.

At CGI I am acting as financial partner at large sales processes. My tasks include analyzing pricing and profitability, performing Financial Due diligence, validating financial assumptions used in the bid process and creating client business cases from financial point of view. I am also responsible in creating presentations to internal and external stakeholders. For example Client pricing templates and business cases.

My responsibilities included: Auditing variety of Clients ranging from Public Companies to private held companies, Obtaining deep understanding of relevant accounting standards (IFRS, FAS and US GAAP) and helping businesses with difficult accounting related questions. Testing the design and operational effectiveness of internal controls in Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) environment. Detailed analysis to a large set of data and leading a smaller team inside bigger audit engagement with tight time constraints. In addition to this, I have had change to work in a truly global team with sometimes hectic environment focusing multiple streamlines simultaneously.

I worked in Seinäjoen Vesi for three summers between 2013-2015 (May/Jun to Aug).My responsibilities while working in Seinäjoen Vesi were quite versatile. Mainly I helped in their business administration, where my main responsibilities were handling their accounts payable. At the same time I was working in their customer support in which for example I handled problematic situations in billing and opening new accounts. I was also helping them to make Annual Report before merging in Seinäjoen Energia Oy. In this work i used Rondo and Microsoft AX daily and got familiar with those programs.I really enjoyed working in Seinäjoen Vesi and while working there I got to see and experience many different areas of business administration. I also did get valuable customers service experience while working here.
