Maintaining, developing and integrating development tools such as Jenkins, SonarQube, JFrog Artifactory, BitBucket Git etc. Supporting tribes and teams on using the tools efficiently in various DevOps setups.

Worked as communications specialist at OP Renewal Tribe. I supported enterprise-wide restructuring and adopting agile at scale with varioius means of communication: Wrote articles into internal and external corporate media, arranged events, hosted panel discussions etc.

I was leading the test data service at OP. The team provided test data for all the OP’s development teams in an agile organization. My daily work consisted of coordinating the activities and collaboration of an international multi site team. My main responsibilities were to collect the test data requests, plan the activities on generating test data, plan the development of automated test data generation assets, prioritize the backlog and support the teams on their testing and test data needs. Understanding the impact of GDPR and incorporating it in the test data strategy was also an important viewpoint.

Besides my daily engineering work I have worked as a freelance journalist since 2007. I have been writing to several Finnish newspapers and magazines such as Kaleva, Maaseudun Tulevaisuus, MP Maailma and Suomenmaa, mostly about Eastern and Central European topics.

Oulu Area, Finland

Worked as Test Leader at Ericsson Oulu. My main responsibilies were is leading the test analysis work for the new features of a radio base station product at project level. Besides test planning my responsibility was to ensure that test environment investments and resourcing were in place on time for the new feature development. My every day tasks included test team coaching as well as leading the feature managers to reach amazing achievements. I was leading multi site test collaboration activities between different locations worldwide. Defining product test policy and test strategy were also my areas of responsibility.

Oulu, Finland

Worked as Product Guardian at Ericsson Oulu. I was leading RBS legacy testing and test automation at project level including target setting, processes and partner engagement. My main responsibilities were improving the product legacy related verifying activities, leading the deployment of a new test automation framework and various verifying and test environment related tasks. One of the my key achievements in Product Guardian's role was first planning and then successfully introducing a FST (fault slip through) process in the project for ensuring the continuous improvement.

Oulu, Finland

In verification engineer role I was involved with building, configuring and maintaining a radio base station end-to-end test laboratory. I was coordinating an in-house test tool development project and also did some hands-on testing for 3G and 4G base stations on system verification level.

Budapest, Hungary

I was working with Ericsson IMS system I&V and multi-node maintenance as well as MTAS network feature test. My daily activities included test execution, analysis, troubleshooting and test automation tasks as well as supporting the design by providing test based information. Also various other activities of software product lifecycle (development, maintenance etc.), participating in organizational quality assurance activities as well as improvement of product, process, methods and tools formed an important part of my work at Ericsson Hungary. I also gathered competence on testing the Ericsson Telecom Server Platform (TSP) in various fields of system verification.

I started to work at Tieke as a summer trainee (Jun 2007 - Aug 2007) in an UBL/UnEdocs project. I planned electric forms with for the use of Finnish purchasing parties. After the trainee period I worked with eBusiness issues as an advisor (Jan 2008 - Jun 2008). Mostly I worked with FinRus2 project developing the compatibility of Finnish and Russian ICT systems. I also continued my work with the electric forms within UBL/UnEdocs project. I also participated organizing the Finnish e-invoicing seminar (Verkkolaskufoorumi, Helsinki, spring -08) and the International eBusiness seminar (eBusiness forum, Tallinn, spring -08).

I localized software to Finnish language, as a part of an international team in a Hungarian software company. I created the Finnish versions with the user’s manuals of Tina Design Suite v7 circuit simulator and Edison v4 educational program, based on their English and Hungarian versions. Besides translating, my tasks included some programming in Delphi environment.
