I handle various Human Resources fuctions for several governmental departments . Functions include recruitment, on boarding, grievance procedures, and etc.

• Interviews, hires, and trains employees to adhere to job specific guidelines and OSHA Codes.• Works with HRIS ( PeopleSoft, and Kronos)• Enters new or updated employee information into PeopleSoft.• Conducts employee evaluations based on customer service, food safety, and punctuality for 10 employees• Applies federal and state labor laws for payroll processing of in-store employees• Provides guidance and support with Human Resources functions.• Administers Personnel Law (ADA,FMLA,ADEA,COBRA,FLSA,HIPPA)

Taught courses aimed in uplifting deficient literacy among middle to high school aged students.Prepared and compiled reports to document each student's results. Held meetings with each student to develop specific learning strategies.
