Owned full recruitment life cycle during a period of hyper growth across Product, Engineering, UX, Data Science, Sales, Technical Account Management, Implementation, Customer Support and Infrastructure including complex negotiations with candidates ranging from individual contributors to Directors.As the first dedicated Technical Recruiter at AIEnterprise, I designed and implemented standardized and scalable interview processes across the Product & Engineering organizations. These processes balanced quality, efficiency, and DE&I while ensuring a high-end candidate experience.I sourced, tech-screened, and hired over 90 members for AIEnterprise’s Engineering, Data Science, Product, and Infrastructure teams. This included roles such as Software Engineers (Mid/Senior/Staff), Engineering Managers, Data Scientists (Mid/Senior/Staff), DevOps Engineers (Senior/Staff), Product Managers, Business Analysts, UX Designers, Oracle ATG Developers, Oracle Cloud Commerce, Salesforce, and Sitecore Developers.Fostered relationships with stakeholders including SVP's, VP's, Director's and EM's and acted as a true talent partner, providing insights and guidance throughout the interview process from intake to offer.Screened inbound applicants and sourced passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Stackoverflow, GitHub, while managing candidate pipeline in ATS.I analyzed key data metrics including pass-through rate, time to fill/time to hire, and candidates’ interview NPS scores to continually improve internal interview processes.The engineering tech stack I worked with included Java Microservices, UI/UX Design, Java-Scala, Node.js, React.js, GCP, AWS, Python, SQL, NoSQL, Kubernetes, Docker, Machine Learning, Lucene, and Elastic Search.During my time at AIEnterprise, I helped the company grow from approximately 5 to over 300 employees.
