Since April 2021, I have been working on a monitoring tool for Basware, which functions as a microservice. The primary objective of this project is to enhance visibility and simplify the process of tracking invoices. We achieved this goal by utilizing various AWS cloud services, such as Lambda, Kinesis, KMS, WebSocket, Step functions, state machine, Aurora.

As a member of the BaswareOne project team, I was responsible for identifying and troubleshooting customer-reported issues, as well as implementing enhancements to the product based on customer feedback.
