Current· Led up to 40 TMs and 8 leads across multiple pick mods while keeping high expectations for safety, quality, and productivity. · Conducted unpick FPYs daily on top offending TMs, helping reduce RNO1 Unpick DPMO 17.3% over 8 weeks. · Mentored low-performing TMs on proper pick practices, resulting in RF UPH, PTL UPH, OB TPH, and OB CPLH 8-week increases of 2.1%, 12.3%, 5.1%, and 4.5%, respectively. · Participated in 2023 PDCA for pick mod damage reduction with goal of saving $1.5MM over 1 year in damage costs. · Developed & maintained a safe work environment. Developed and shared best practices across the shifts. · Developed, executed, and managed programs to achieve all operational goals. Responsible for managing communication of supply shortfalls, quality issues and capacity constraints. · Created a positive team dynamic that encourages all employees in the FC to provide feedback and drive change within facility, adapt the ever-changing business, and stay focused on the customer experience. · Observed employee activities and provided feedback and positive reinforcement on safety, quality of work, and productivity.
