Current- Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates for open positions through various job portals, including Monster, Career Builder (CB), Indeed and LinkedIn.
- Conducting initial screenings and interviews with candidates to assess their skills and qualifications. Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in ATS. Building and maintaining relationships candidates to ensure a positive recruitment.
- Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, screening resumes, verification checks and submitting candidates.
- Handling HR Operations task such as candidate data management, collecting questionnaires and authorizations, following up with candidates and onboarding them.
- Submitting qualified and approved candidate to client in SAP Fieldglass.
