Current• Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates for open positions through various job portals, including Monster, Career Builder (CB), Indeed and LinkedIn.•Conducting initial screenings and interviews with candidates to assess their skills and qualifications. Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in ATS. Building and maintaining relationships candidates to ensure a positive recruitment.• Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, screening resumes, verification checks and submitting candidates.•Handling HR Operations task such as candidate data management, collecting questionnaires and authorizations, following up with candidates and onboarding them. • Submitting qualified and approved candidate to client in SAP Fieldglass. • Dealing with client across all business verticals IT and Non-IT (Manufacturing, Finance, HR, Construction, Power & Energy etc.)• Utilizing tools such as Skype, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and MS Office (Word and Excel)
