For Talentica: Responsible for managing team and setting up processes for team members within Talentica or at client location developers. Also driving some of company level initiatives. For Client: Responsible for driving engineering roadmap for one of world's largest app store subscription business. Which includes designing, managing Infrastructure and delivering products as per roadmap.Client:1) Responsible for delivering and maintaining 24X7 various client products like operator white labeled app store, mobile carrier billing platform and other modules.2) Managing infra structure of about 7 various products in 2 data centres with more than 150 servers. This includes maintenance and automation of tasks, to ensure that infrastructure meets stringent security guidelines of operator. Performed Datacenter migration and DB migration for one of our infrastructure, which requires close coordination with big brothers(Mobile carriers).3) Design, review and development of Java based platform using Hibernate, Spring. Also uses AWS technologies like SQS, Redshift and Firehose. Talentica:1) People manager, responsible for appraisals and mentoring plans for developers. 2) Other company level initiatives: Present: 1) Introduce and manage value metrics in various projects. Value metrics at Talentica speaks about pace of delivery and quality. Key role here is to introduce process in such a way so that teams can adapt to value metrics and can produce valuable insight for company.2) Improve internal company visibility towards company revenue streams.3) Represented Talentica in Code Gladiators 2017 and 2018.Past: 1) HR : introducing mentorship at each level so that we can streamline mentoring to improve competencies of developers/managers. 2) Recruitment : Using social media for recruitment.

Designs were not only accepted but also appreciated, that reduced much commonly used session variable from the application.

It all started here. Designing, Coding, thinking different and not to be dependent on one technology this all I learnt from Satyam. Had a training in JAVA and started working for CITCO project. Learnt and worked on few of the most advanced stuff of its time. Be it RSA (Rational Software Architect) or IBM BPM.I started project from scratch with Creating Data Handling Sheets for UI as per client Requirements.Design and develop JSP, Classes, EJB, and other coding components as per Coding Quality Norms.Performing independent Unit Testing (JUnit Testing) as per code guide lines.Designing and Developing Common functionalities, which are shared cross chunks. My designs were not only accepted but also appreciated by clients. Eg. : 1) Reducing Session usage around project.2) Create JSP Tags that were reused throughout the project.3) Better using Interfaces and patterns in project.
