Coordinating with customer and CFT team for FMEA, FPA, PPAP, APQP, MSA, Kanban, new product launch, cost and scrap reduction programs.9. Cross functional interaction with production, planning & quality team.10.Registering customer complaints to Q/A department and submit CAPA for customer satisfaction solutions.
