About Anuj Gaikwad

With over eight years of experience in the hospitality industry, I am a passionate and driven leader who specializes in food and beverage operations and pre-opening. I currently work as the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager Operations at Pullman Doha West Bay, Accor's flagship property in Qatar with 468 keys and 9 outlets.In my role, I am responsible for overseeing the In Room Dining, Mini Bar, Echo Lounge, Executive Lounge, Shisha Terrace and Restaurant Reservations operations, as well as setting up the Micros system and creating standard operating procedures according to Accor's standards. I also train my team on the LQA standards, SOS, ACDC, and Trust You portal, and manage the operating expenses, market planning, and menu engineering. I have successfully contributed to the opening of the property and the launch of the outlets, delivering exceptional service and quality to the guests and stakeholders. I am also a certified Hotel Manager by AHLEI and have completed the British School of Butler programme and the Remy Martin Cognac and Jack Daniels courses.
