Identified sales opportunities by constant scanning of market, generating leads through HVAC Consultants, Architects, Project Management Consultants, pursuing the identified leads, & pitching prospective clients to maximize business opportunities. Generated revenue of INR 37Cr's with 15% YOY increase via rigorous follow-up of inquiries also enhanced profitability by generating value addition of INR 5.4Cr against ABP of INR 4Cr by selling products of higher margins with improved TOP. Devised strategy of onboarding new channel partners from Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities which enhanced brand visibility leading to higher market penetration and lead generation, resulting in additional revenue of INR 1.5 Cr (4% of total revenue) Improved capital employed by 7% through optimized inventory control, logistics management & improved management of receivables from Channel Partners & Customers through payment tracking systems and continuous follow-ups.
