In addition to the SCM functions, also engaged in budgeting, audits, IT transformation, M&A activities (from IT and contracting aspects).Having worked as a software developer, in my earlier avatar @ TCS, I have deep hands on experience in the workings of typical software products / services organization. I am passionate about negotiations and ability to create a mutually beneficial outcome for all stakeholders involved in the discussion.
