Developing Marketing Design Solutions: I’m responsible for developing marketing design solutions for a wide range of campaigns, including webinars, fire talks, events, shows, emailers and advertisements. This requires creating creative visuals that effectively communicate our messages and goals.Providing branding solutions: I provide branding solutions and recommendations to establish or improve brand direction. My goal is to ensure consistency across brand touchpoints, thereby increasing brand traction, value and recognition in the marketplace.

As Founder and Creative Director at Big Step Creative, I was focused towards delivering customized branding, marketing and design solutions for local and mid-tier businesses. My responsibilities included creative strategy development, project management , managing client relationships, and staying innovative in design practices.

I was heading the Creative Services Department, which involved managing the cross-functional teams and Collaboration with the Content, Project-Management, and QA departments for all project-based requirements. My responsibilities included budgeting, production optimization, and RFI/RFP management for efficient effort/cost analysis and pricing.
