At Innovature , as COO of the company my job peripheral included heading the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the business involved. Lead the execution of the organizational strategy established by the leadership team. When I joined the company , my core area of work was to bring up a team of professionals and create a work culture that would enhance the reputation and work ethics of the company. The company grew up in terms of the numbers and the volume of business over the course of those years. I had the opportunity to interact with our Japanese clients as and when they visited our office. Scheduled meetings for the various departments in connection with their visits to India. During my stint at Innovature ,my keen eye for Marketing and Sales helped me lead the product vertical of Innovature , now known as Pinmicro. As a part of setting a foothold in the market, I held meetings at Technopark to talk to the potential client hold and was heading the team in Marketing our product to schools in and around cochin and the northern part of Kerala. I lead the team in many of the first phase marketing discussions with the IT@school , Government of Kerala. Later on conducted many workshops on how to create an ideal market for our product. Was instrumental in developing a pool of Reseller partners in Kerala as well as in other parts of India. Pinmicro is now an established name with regards to bluetooth enabled tracking solutions in the market.
