-Working as a Key account manager for new Caterpillar Genset, Machines and spare parts -Responsible for Caterpillar G3500 series upgrade implementation program in Bangladesh-Creating marketing plan, forecasting, competitive analysis for Caterpillar Product.

•Working as a Key account manager for Prime and Product Support Sales for 9 Large fleet customers with Captive Generation of 160MW with a possible extension for 120MW (Valued approx. USD 40M) prime product sales within next 5 years. The consolidated product support business per annum is USD 4.65M. •Working with Caterpillar for the implementation of complete O&M contracts for 10 years.•Creating marketing plan, forecasting, competitive analysis for Caterpillar Product.

# Managing around 400 customers portfolio like as a Business Partner in Independent, and Captive Power industry; more specifically in Garments, Textile, Spinning, Ceramics, Paper and various other manufacturing, and processing industries leading a team of 4 person at my disposal. # Creating marketing plan to reach yearly target, forecasting, competitive analysis for Caterpillar Product. # Lead the team members in different sales projects to reach annual target.

Managing around 130 customers portfolio like as a Business Partner in Independent, and Captive Power industry; more specifically in Garments, Textile, Spinning, Ceramics, Paper and various other manufacturing, and processing industries. Creating marketing plan, forecasting, competitive analysis for Caterpillar Product. Lead the team members in different projects for schedule maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work to reach annual target.

1. Assist the clients in decision making related to Engine Overhauling, Maintenance, Change of Spare Parts etc.2. Attend customer query and keep regular contact with customers3. Guide and follow up the activities of service sales team4. Preparing & submitting offers and ensure proper documentation of such activities5. Reviewing performance on a regular interval to ensure accomplishment of targets/goals6. Keep track on inventory to ensure future availability of spare parts7. Coordinate with all other departments of the organization to ensure smooth functioning8. Prepare various periodic reports as required by the reporting authority/HOD
