As the Managing Director at AD Brothers, a 21-year-old family-owned construction business, I oversee a variety of projects ranging from heavy industrial buildings and irradiation plants to high-end residential and office buildings. I have a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Hasmukh Goswami College of Engineering, where I learned the fundamentals of designing, planning, and executing construction projects.Before joining my family business, I gained valuable experience and skills by working as a site engineer and a draft designer at different construction firms for two years. I was responsible for preparing and understanding site drawings, managing and coordinating with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, and ensuring quality and timely delivery of work. I am proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office, and I can communicate effectively in Hindi, English, and Gujarati. My passion for construction stems from my father, who inspired me to pursue this career path since I was young.
