From August 2012 till date Name of Project : Rabigh II CP4Location : Saudi Arabia Client : Saudi Aramco / Sumitomo Brief Description: Rabigh II CP4 comprises of three major petrochemical unit namely a) MTBE/Isobutylene b) Metathesis and c) MMA and 2 Substation and 3 Process Interface Building (PIB) . Roles & Responsibility:Work as lead Engineer, involved in preparation of SLD , Cable , Power , Lighting, Earthing , Telecom & Fire Alarm layout . The job also involve in preparation of Bill of Material for procurement of bulk material. From February 2011 to December 2011 Name of Project : Ruwais Refinery Expansion (RRE) Location : UAE Client : Takreer Brief Description: RRE project comprises of two major Refinery unit namely a) Whole Crack Naptha Hydrotreater and b) Propylene Recovery Unit and 1 Substation and 1 PIB . Roles & Responsibility: Work as lead Engineer, involved in preparation of SLD, Cable, Power, Lighting, Earthing, Telecom, Cathodic Protection & Fire Alarm layout. The job also involve in preparation of Bill of Material for procurement of bulk material. From July 2008 to April 2009 Name of Project : Nizhnekamsk Refinery Project Location : Tartarstan , Russia UAE Client : JSC TANECO Brief Description: This project comprises of aromatic complex with 6 unit and 4 nos of Substation. Roles & Responsibility: Deputed to Seoul and work as job Engineer . Involved in preparation of Material Request , Data sheet , Technical Query , Technical Bid Evaluation for transformer , HV and LV switchgear , Capacitor , AC & DC UPS , Heat Tracing etc ,

Deputy Manager, Numaligarh Refinery Ltd., Golaghat Assam, 1994-2007From June 2002 to September 2005Name of Project : Motor Spirit ProjectConsultant : Toyo Engineering India Ltd Licensor : Axen Brief Description: This project comprises of Naptha Hydrotreater , Catalytic Reforming and Isomerization with 1 no of substation . From December 1999 to March 2002Name of Project : Coke Calcination Unit Brief Description: This project comprises conveyor system , rotary klin with incenator and Waste Heat Boiler .For controlling this there is a switchgear and control room with PLC .From September 1994 to October 1999Name of Project : Numaligarh Refinery Project Brief Description: This is a 3MMTPA Refinery Project comprises of CDU/VDU, DCU , Hydrogen and Hydrocracker with Utilities and offsite tank ages .Responsibilities:• Prepare purchase request for the materials inclusive of technical specification, data sheet, bill of quantity and inspectoion test plan.• Interact and liaison with consultants/process licensor.• Conceptualise the designs, Prepare and finalise design basis/data.• Maintain cordial relationship with vendors and keep a check on their progress.• Carryout the responsibilities of supervising the installation testing and commissioning processes.• Conduct technical bid evaluation.• Inspect and certify factory/site.
