During my tenure i mostly involved in ETL processes for extracting large amount of big data and uploading it in Microsoft servers. With the help of Enterprise tool (Cognos 8.2,Informatica 8.6,Web Development tool for client interaction, Microsoft SharePoint Servers) ,we formed complex reports and dashboard for customers.Communication: Gathering information from overseas clients for their various requirements and issues.1: Involved with the team in Database Performance tuning and Query Optimization and Tuning techniques2: Working closely with client, taking bottom line and ownership for ensuring quality deliverable.

During the SIFE(Student In Free Enterprise) at Amity ,I headed the Operations, Marketing , Media Communication and Fund Raising Departments where 54 Student Involved,900 hundred volunteer hours,150 families Impacted during Project and got funding from KPMG,HSBC and AMITY with the help of seven business advisory board.Our Project "AUN-CASHROOMS" met the 4 of 8 United Nations Goals and got the Media Impact reached in 74.85 Million people.Project Goals: To introduce an innovative way to cultivate Oyster mushroom to our target audience thereby increasing their incomes and also to raise their financial awareness through various literacy programs.Core Issue: The lack of alternate livelihood of rural poor. The issue was found out by cause effect analysis, which revealed the underlying causes of the issue which are mainly unorganized sector, lack of awareness and lack of awareness.

SGD $1 million (US$ 667,000) has been set aside for organisations or individuals to implement innovative, impactful and implementable ideas in the social space. This initiative was supported by The Straits Times, Ashoka and Social Innovation Exchange.Main project objectives: The project was innovative because it was for the first time in India that a hybrid co-operativemodel was implemented. The model consists of a symbiotic relationship between theAPL (Above poverty line) SHG (Self help groups) and the BPL (Below Poverty line)SHG. It is a 1:1 model i.e. one APL SHG would support one BPL SHG.
