In July 2024, I marked a 10-year milestone at my current job, and it feels like just the beginning. Despite the investment bank being a vastly new domain, I established my reputation for leading and delivering in uncertain, complex, and challenging environments. My two and a half decades of service in the Indian Navy deserves the credit for providing a rock-solid foundation in work ethics, integrity, honor, discipline, courage, teamwork and focus. The past 10 years in the organization have provided me with diverse experiences in overseeing various facets of the Asset & Wealth Management business, continuously satisfying my zeal to learn new functions and remain impactful in these new domains. The last five years in the engineering realm have particularly been satisfying, involving product and program management, designing and delivering new software products and functionalities, hiring the right engineering talent globally, ensuring compliance with regulatory practices, managing risks across processes, and more. I am looking forward to the new challenges corporate has on offer.
