Performing Stress Analysis for above ground Piping and Pipelines by using CEASAR-II Software. , finalise the support location in piping general arrangement drawings (GAD), etc.•Review of Vendor item’s data sheets, drawing and calculation for various vendor’s items like Line Pipe, Valve, Insulating joint, Flow Tee, Fittings, Flanges, etc.•Assist & participate in various activities related to Operation & Maintenance of existing Pipeline facility as a part of Integrity Management.•Reviewing/ preparing alignment sheets, Crossing drawings, route plans, etc.•Preparation of Material requisition (MR) and Purchase requisition (PR) of various pipeline items for order placement.•Coordinating with engineering and supporting the project team to ensure that projects are planned and being executed as per schedule and technical requirements.•Visit to vendor premise for assessment / audit of product design and manufacturing of line pipe, Valves, Insulating Joint, Flow Tee, Fittings, Flanges, etc.•Accountable for making Purchase Orders, Service Entry, Material Reservation in SAP.•Participate in HAZOP and review of HAZOP report. •Providing the supports for various proposals during pre-bid stage; overseeing bid evaluation and procurement phases.
