RECRUITMENT-:Understanding the clients requirementSourcing, screening & short listing CVs form the job portals (Naukri, Monster, Times jobs)Interacting with the candidates over the phone about the Job opportunitySending the sourced CVs to the client & regular follow-up for the CV feedbackOrganizing Interviews by co-ordinating with candidates & clientRegular follow-up & supervising the candidate till the date of joiningRaising invoice after the candidate joiningBUSINESS DEVELOPMENT-: Develop business and create new client relationships in the corporate IT sector. Counsel and consult with client organization on current market trends and progress on orders. Perform salary, fee, and contract negotiations with clients and candidates, where applicable. Assist with company-wide recruiting projects and serve as back-up to out-of-office colleagues. Collaborate with the Manager and the project team to plan and implement effective recruiting strategies for Technology or Consumer research positions. Insure job profiles and position requirements are aligned with business objectives. Understand the client company, the market they are in, the products they produce, the strategic direction of the company, and the specifics surrounding the role we are working to fill. Identify and the best mix of resources to source top talent – using our research function, job boards, web searches, referrals and industry-specific recruitment team. Recruit, assess, and hire top talent. Identify, screen and present top talent to clients. Manage candidates throughout the interview process.
