· Spearheading the entire product and services portfolio for the company as the Head for all branches and franchisee in the area, with the authority to make key decisions.· Primarily accountable for formulating and executing robust business / promotion strategies to ensure up-to-date brand and product awareness, Franchisee development, enhancing sales, revenue generation, client acquisition and retention.· Entrusted with the responsibility for maintaining excellent corporate relationships; attending morning house view and disseminating House View to the branch & Franchisee, relationship Managers, HNIs of branches.
