Supervision of multidisciplinary team members including Doctors, RMO’S EMO’S , Nursing staff, Technicians , supervisors, counsellors, floor managers, Incharges , TL’s , Front office / Back office staff and other Paramedic staff.Managing the healthcare facility's policies and procedures, ensuring that best practices are followed, and resolving cases where the facility is out of compliance.Experience in all aspects of Hospital Management including manpower planning, facilities administration and patient care service.

· Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes to all 180 beds IPD patients.· Recruiting and training personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space.· Assessing staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.· Oversee administration teams throughout the hospital, ensuring maximum productivity within each team.· Managing the healthcare facility's policies and procedures, ensuring that best practices are followed, and resolving cases where the facility is out of compliance.

· Spearheading the entire product and services portfolio for the company as the Head for all branches and franchisee in the area, with the authority to make key decisions.· Primarily accountable for formulating and executing robust business / promotion strategies to ensure up-to-date brand and product awareness, Franchisee development, enhancing sales, revenue generation, client acquisition and retention.· Entrusted with the responsibility for maintaining excellent corporate relationships; attending morning house view and disseminating House View to the branch & Franchisee, relationship Managers, HNIs of branches. Involved in cost-cutting measures, responsible for analysing, directing, coordinating and controlling the various functions of all the Branches and Franchisee.· Ensure customer-centric banking operations with facilitated adherence to quality compliance and procedures.· Job profile includes corporate liaison, Franchisee development, coordination, Profit Centre Head, Operations, Personal Client Group (PCG) Coordination, training coordination, value addition and team leadership.

· Responsible for Sales, revenue generation, client acquisition and retention.· Cross selling equity, derivatives, commodities, insurance, Mutual Funds etc.· Worked a lot to give an all-new brand image to sharekhan in the region.· Ensure effective and smooth relationship with franchisees and clients in the region for growth in business.· Achieve the product wise targets for the RO.
