  Roles and Responsibilities • 24/7 monitoring of Server, Storage, Backup, Applications and its Components, Websites, Network environment alerts via monitoring tools.• Analysis the various Performance metrics such high CPU, Memory, Disk utilization and Shutdown/Reboot logs, services management on Windows Server (2003/2008/2012)• Very proficient maintaining VM hosts using VMware vSphere for maintaining Windows Server Environment (2003,2008,2012)• Analysis the change request (CR) and based on the information of activity and muting the nodes to avoid the noise alerts.• Taking VM snapshots/backup before patching/Testing activity starts Post patching taking follow up with respective team for confirmation to delete the snapshot.• Escalate the incidents based on the standard procedure and run down follow-up reporting per team area and technical support. • Escalate problem till closure Daily/Weekly Report preparation / Checklists based on the specified already agreed format and sending the same to a pre-assigned set of recipients.• Arranging the on call and Web Ex support or log the incident with the device vendor or ISP provider.• Experience on working with ticketing tools like ServiceNow and Managing ITSM process and SLA (Incident Management & Service Request) to track the Alerts/Events• Efficiently handled incidents, Outages, Priority (P1, P2) Issues, Incident resolution and restoration.• Initiate the Bridge call for major incident (P1, P2) Incident while production impact.• Proficient knowledge in Microsoft products of Word, Excel, Outlook
