In addition to my master’s, I hold a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification and have gained practical experience with networking protocols, Windows/Linux server management, and security frameworks. I have remained committed to continuous learning throughout my academic career, focusing on programming languages (C/C++, Python) and data communication.With over 4 years of experience in IT, I have contributed to various organizations, including state government agencies and private-sector firms. I currently work as an Information Technology Specialist at the New York State Office of Information Technology Services (NYS ITS), where I manage Windows servers, Active Directory, M365, VMware, and SAN environments. I have also worked as a Network Security Analyst Intern, where I analyzed security logs and implemented preventive controls to mitigate risks.
