•Explaining Documents checklist to assigned cases with step-by-step process.•Gathering documents & verifying and updating the with clients if any additional documents required.•Working on the educational evaluation assessment (ECA) process and guiding to client on the Transcripts process.• Be responsible for processing client files for Visa submission. •Ensure Completion of all relevant visas and immigration documents and be responsible for timely submissions. •Process client instruction and respond to client queries on visa application forms and document checklists. •Resolving client queries on documentation and application forms. •EOI profile lodgements under Express Entry programs. •Filing the applications to eligible province programs.•Processing application for ITA’s and advising additional documents requirement. •Resolving queries and requesting documents to client based on the requirement from Canadian Immigration post ITA/ Province Program submission. •Maintain Client files as per the company policy. • Updating the client status in Jira process tracking and uploading the documents in Drop box & Confluence.•Ensure timely reverts and regular follow-ups to clients on emails and phone calls.•Handling queries of clients over the phone as regards forms and their documents.
