I have been into Mainframe development for 8 years (including Waterfall and Scrum) and last 4 years as Scrum Master all together experienced in Banking and Healthcare Insurance domain.I am proactive and love to be in people centric role. I am process oriented, empirical learner and firmly believe in practicing Servant leadership that fits me best into the role of Scrum Master. I am inclined to learning business and constantly enable my teams to think Agile while practicing the mechanics. I always strive to foster my team's potential to high performance and customer satisfaction with maturity in Scrum values.In my current role as Scrum Master, I am dedicated and truly enjoy being responsible for:- Implementation of Agile mindset (Being Agile) and execution of Scrum mechanics (Doing Agile) in teams- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to mutually influence collaboration grounds- Initiatives towards agile reinforcement and continuous improvement around product, processes, and practices- Coaching new employees in Scrum adoption- Visualising the road map for team’s development towards high performance- Ensuring that forecasts and release plans are reflected in team priorities as well as sprint commitments- Empowering teams to handle impediments and become self-organised- Sharing knowledge and best practices related to agile within team and across organisation- Participating in development team’s activities with a holistic and proactive mindset to support them effectively- Practicing techniques for effective product backlog management and empirical product planning- Facilitating Scrum events- Practicing servant leadership towards Scrum team, product owner and the organisation in whole- Building safe environment in the team by ensuring that team is aware of 5 Dysfunctions and how to avoid them
