The role is responsible for taking care of new employees as they join the company and ensuring the best employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle in the company.Operational part:• Providing quality HR service based on organization standards to ensure the best employee experience with HR and the company;• Onboard new employees and ensure they have access to necessary resources and tech. (incl. welcome emails and notes to the staff, welcome kits, etc.);• Support employees on a day-to-day basis and answer questions about company benefits, and leave policies, and collect employee leave applications;• Organize the delivery and activation of the employee benefits;• Handling the employment contracts preparation and signing;• Organizing resignations paperwork and off-boarding the resigned employees;• Preparing employment certification letters and other documentation upon employees’ requests;• Be responsible for continuously improving each part of this functionality.Data Management• Set up and maintain HR management software;• Keep track of and analyze HR metrics (e.g. headcount, turnover rates, time to hire);• Handling employee attendance management and providing reports on a monthly basis;• Maintaining the confidentiality of human resource files and records,• Performing periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.Event management:• Preparing a yearly event calendar and budgets; • Organizing monthly social events including planning and operational part (negotiating with the partners, emailing and promotional activities within the team, analyzing event success);• Implementing gift policy with partners and colleagues.Office management.
