I enjoy supporting people and organizations doing innovative work in fields like technology, civil rights, or science to be more effective.My work is informed by a BA in social anthropology from Harvard University, which helps me understand the culture of an organization, and an MBA from Yale School of Management focusing on leadership and organizational behavior. I employ dimensions of mindfulness meditation practice to help people gain self-awareness, wake up from unhelpful behavior patterns, and be more effective as leaders. I present on mindfulness meditation in a variety of settings including companies, schools, and retreat settings. I have trained in Buddhist mindfulness meditation practice for over 25 years.I enjoy coaching people who are trying to find their authentic and effective style of leadership. I often work with leaders during times of change and transition.I have over twenty years of experience in management consulting in such areas as Strategic Planning, Executive Leadership Transition, Succession Planning, Staff Management, Organizational Culture and Board Development.I enjoy facilitating meetings to help groups think creatively and come to decisions together.
