Technical Coordinator in Manufacture and Construction ofTelecommunication Towers in "Gamata Sanniwedanaya" Project. Acting as the coordinator in Tower Construction's head office branch for the production, stores, engineers, and external clients. Telecommunication tower production, maintenance, and distribution data were entered into the ERP system from daily base reports for the engineers' daily meetings. Daily tracking of tower production quantity, stock availability, delivery to working sites, and keeping the data up to date. Requesting and processing POs, change orders, invoices, and expense reimbursement using the ERP system. Ensuring that all components of any tower are correct as per the packing list and checking that paint, earthing system, and other accessories are available before delivery. Making transport arrangements for delivery of towers and accessories and their drawings and ensuring that all accessories can be unloaded at the site.

 Set out, surveyed, and supervised of Facility building, Water sump, Generator room, and Machine foundations. Supervising and monitoring the site labor force, work of any subcontractors, machinery, and equipment. Ensuring that all the fabrication/welding/erection-related records such as cutting list, bill of materials, consumables, etc. are properly archived. Supervising and guiding for fixing beam sections lining up and levelling steel framework and laying metal decking. Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies.

 Proper monitoring of the daily accomplishment of the project and preparing daily progress reports. Perform needed tests on-site and send them to the laboratory to ensure conformity of material and works according to the contract specifications. Maintained interface to ensure compliance with the specifications and quality control standards. Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople, and operatives, checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations. Computed the quantities of all required construction materials like Cement Blocks, Cement, Sand and Aggregate, Rebar, etc., as per the construction project design and specifications.
