Since then, it has evolved in its journey as a poverty alleviation organization by expanding its levers of change from skill development for youth to social entrepreneurship to rural development.The/Nudge is supported by organisations such as LinkedIn, Tata Trusts, Rockefeller Foundation, Morgan Stanley, Mulago Foundation, Facebook, LinkedIn, Cisco, HDFC and Mphasis to name a few.As a senior associate with the partnerships and engagements team, I was:-Responsible for building the B2B fundraising engine with major capacity in the pre-sales function-Ensuring fund and impact growth across all impact streams (skill development, rural development and non-profit incubation and acceleration)-Responsible for lead generation, prospect building, proposal and grantwriting, budget creation across all impact streams for corporate,government, foundation, HNI and multilateral donors

Nero started as a pathway for dismantling art from its classist perception, to make it reachable to the masses and also act as a platform for different kinds of artists.-Curated artwork from different artists from 5 different states across India & New York -"Illusions" a group art show-hosted at India Habitat Centre, Delhi ( Presented art works of Raza, Souza, Paritosh Sen, Jatin Das and Ashok Bhowmick)-Presented in Busan Art Fair (Korea) and Dubai Art Fair -Presented two group shows at Bikaner House, Delhi, India-Art show at Thyagraj Stadium, Delhi-Art show at Le Meridien, Delhi-Art Show at Mumbai Art Fair, Mumbai
