AVANA is an e-commerce company established in Malaysia that aims to solve the needs of SMEs across the Region. They currently operate in Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore with plans to expand across the APAC region. At AVANA I started off as one of 2 Marketing employees and by the end of my run there I was leading a team of 7 (including both the Marketing team and the Design team). Some of my responsibilities and achievements are such as;- Established Google Ads Marketing for AVANA Platform and Features- Set and establish tracking and reporting for each Marketing channel- Increased efficiency and effectiveness of initiatives- Planned and executed conversion targetted campaigns (e.g. 11.11, 12.12)- Implemented Marketing Automation for AVANA- Consolidated all initiatives onto the Hubspot platform- Led the initiative of implementing a new Marketing and business funnel to increase conversions- Led the creation of AVANA Brand Story for 2019- Managed both the Marketing team and the Creative team in all campaigns and daily marketing initiatives.

TrupCo, known as the route up company was mainly involved in multiple projects throughout it's history. It started off as a driver training partner company for Uber and led the project of bringing the Uber culture to the Malaysian drivers. It then moved and replicated this training module for Grab (then known as GrabCar) as they ventured into the ride-sharing business, while venturing into the taxi industry through Teksinet. TrupCo later started seeing monetary value in listing on AirBnB and used this as a validation point to start it's next project Haftarent, a weekly rental system for Malaysians, following the trend in UK.
