Roles and Responsibilities:●Report generation: Creating weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on cleaning operations, customer satisfaction, and employee performance, and presenting them to key stakeholders in the company.● Process improvement: Working with managers and other teams within the company to identify areas for process improvement, recommending data-driven solutions, and monitoring the effectiveness of these solutions.● Change Management: Support Internal stakeholder with the change management within the business.● Add on Request: Supporting and responding to data analysis requests from other departments like Finance and Human resource department. ● Stay up to date: Staying current with industry trends and technologies while continuously enhancing data analysis skills to support stakeholder needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:• Cleaning management: Management of cleaners, daily schedules, waste audits, KPIs, supervision, inspection fault reporting, , complaints management.• Monitoring and Reporting: Regular inspection, reporting of cleaning operations, waste audits, and KPIs. Daily reports and audits to track progress and ensure compliance.

Roles and Responsibilities: • Crew training and development: Onboarding new crew with customer service training, ongoing development and implementation of training programs and materials, and training on company policies.• Performance evaluation and feedback: Evaluation of crew member performance, feedback on strengths and areas for improvement, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.• Collaboration with management: Role modeling positive attitude, work ethic and commitment to customer service, and communicating with management to improve store operations.
