Current▪ Installing software on computers, including user software and peripheral operation software.▪ Communicating with users and management about the refresh schedule and status.▪ Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including desktop operating system issues.▪ Maintaining asset management records and updating project tracking through Service Now.▪ Providing customer service and deployment guidance, and post-deployment support.▪ Assisting with disposal for returning equipment.
