To assist in the planning, development, marketing, sales and coordination of seminars and events in line with the company's business objectives, growth plan and market positioning by facilitate in the planning and implementation of sales and marketing activities, business promotions and customer services for the company's public training, seminars and events. the incumbent it responsible for implementing and executing all advertisements and promotions for standards, training, seminars and events through enquiries, telemarketing, e-marketing (social media) and other promotional opportunities.

1. Coordinate communication between front-of-house and back-of-house personnel.2. Make shift schedules.3. Process payroll for all restaurant employees.4. Oversee the kitchen and wait staff and offer assistance as needed.5. Maintain detailed records of costs and revenues on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.6. Organize proper onboarding for new employees (scheduling trainings and ordering uniforms) 7. Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.8. Collect feedback from guests and make suggestions for menu improvements.
