Business Operations -Finance
Current- This is a dual role balancing two critical business ops functions – Sales commission Analyst and Finance Operations for Canada Sales office.
- Responsible to manage day-to-day finance activities including statutory/ legal formalities for multiple legal entities using SAP financials including month close activities.
- Balance Sheet Reconciliation, assisting annual budget and forecast process, variance analysis, cost benefit analysis, intercompany reconciliation, cash flow statements, providing schedules to corporate accounting..
- In-charge of in-house sales commission process through Xactly- calculating monthly sales commission, Quota setting, calculating commission rates, generate commission comp letters through “Xactly” platform
- Preparing ad-hoc reports on performance of salespeople for management decisions-enabling annual sales growth by suggesting necessary changes in comp plan.
- Work closely with sales and key contact person for queries in terms of quota, commission, and monthly payment.
