I led all internal, external and executive communication programs that promoted Interactive Data’s vision, strategy and industry leadership to its key stakeholders: employees, clients, media, regulators, and industry groups.

Oversaw brand development and marketing, online strategy, audience development and web traffic growth, circulation and conference marketing, and product development. Also managed the Custom Media division conceiving and building integrated, customized marketing programs for clients such as Adobe, IBM, TD Ameritrade, American Express, MetLife and Genworth. Programs included web seminars, lead generation, custom research, web site development, custom content generation and digital products such as e-books and e-newsletters.

Managed the online audience development and paid circulation acquisition for a suite of premium, professional journals, including the flagship The Journal of Portfolio Management, edited by Peter Bernstein. Re-designed, re-architected and re-built the websites for all nine Journals and built the business case for digitizing and monetizing the archive.

Managed the portfolio of banking products for Thomson Media, including its flagship American Banker.

I held a range of positions at IFR (a company within Thomson Financial) including Commissioning Editor of its Books Division; Publisher, Newsletter Division; and, latterly, Publisher and Regional Director, Asia where I launched the company's first regional publication, IFR Asia.
