Oversee and manage all the business operations for (e.g., budget, marketing, distribution) and full product inventory of the Ethics Education team, which includes online ethics education, in-person/virtual ethics workshops, training on our professional standards, and ongoing development of ethics education materials. Worked on their diversity magazine called The Diversity Factor. Coordinated closely with authors from around the world to edit and prepare their articles for publication (both HTML and PDFs); tagged and titled articles to optimize their placement in search engines. Authored two columns for each issue; periodically authored full articles and/or did research on diversity topics. Maintained and optimized the websites for the magazine and for the parent company. Managed relationship with aggregators hosting our content and provided technical support for subscribers.
